Heel & Lace Pads

Heel and Lace pads are thin, pre-cut foam squares which help prevent pinching, and blisters in friction-prone areas under tape and wrap. Place on heel, instep, or other friction prone areas before applying the tape or wrap. Increase the protection by adding skin lube ointment to the pads before application.
